Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: Am I really locked in the room?

No; while successfully completing a room requires opening the door without using the door handle, the door to the room is not actually locked. You can leave the room at any time.

Q: What is the cost to play?

The price per person depends on the length/complexity of the room. Most rooms have a time limit of 60 minutes and costs $35 per person. Our longer rooms are 75 minutes and costs $45 per person.

Q: I have played all of your rooms. Do they ever change?

Setting up a room for a great user experience takes time and careful planning. Our rooms do change, typically over a period of about 3-4 months.

Q: Is there an age limit?

Some of the puzzles and problems are a bit difficult and require a certain amount of proficiency with manual dexterity. Our experience is that visitors younger than 10 years of age tend to become bored or frustrated after a short time. For this reason, we ask that everyone in your party be at least 10 years of age or older. An adult must accompany any minor children in our escape rooms.
